Hypothesis

Precolonial centralization will be negatively correlated with access to federally administered public infrastructure services in centralized and non-compliant regions. (132)

Note

Non-compliant regions in Nigeria are also defined as centralized and supermajority Muslim regions. Main measures are access to electric grid and flush toilets.
