Hypothesis
Climate and inter-cultural relations will be correlated with the index of primitivity (38).
Note
Hotter climates tend to favor less primitive societies, and more isolated societies tend to be more primitive. Habitat, climatic energy, and race were also tested, but no clear correlation was found between these variables and the index of primivity.
